Figured I would be "talking" to myself, which is pretty much what I do all the time anyway. It seems I have the type of voice that is easily ignored by children, family members and boyfriends. You know, like only a dog can hear the high pitched dog whistle. I have the opposite effect. No one can hear me at all, or so they like to pretend. That is why I end up carrying on conversations with myself mostly, because no one likes to listen! Anyway, I kinda got off track there. Heck, it may have not even made sense to anyone but me! I am new to the blogging world though I have been a "lurker" for a while now. I probably won't have much to say when it boils down to it, but we'll see. I found myself a few months ago reading the blog of a friend of a friend of a friend(?), and couldn't stop laughing. From there, I would click on the blogs that sounded interesting and now I have a whole list I have to read just about every other day and keep up with. It is addicting! It's great to know that everyday life can be escaped with a little blogging help. Also, it can't hurt to vent frustrations and irritations out in the open where those who really know you can't hear it!<br /><br />I guess I will start with a little about me. I am a divorced 32 year old mom that lives in Oklahoma. I have a six, almost seven year old daughter, E. She reminds me everyday that she will be seven VERY SOON. She plays soccer and softball, so things are never calm around our household. I work a full time job, but am also a part of our school PTA. I wonder sometimes what the french was I thinking? It will be the end of me. No seriously, I do enjoy being involved but sometimes the other parents and teachers are just too much.
